New roof! New siding! New fascia! New soffet! New gutters!

Sorry everyone. You can't use exclamation points today. I've already used them all in the title of this post. There's not much more to say about it, so here are the before/after pics.

Detail on the roof decor. We had the contractors hang PVC rosettes to replace our old ones, which was one of the Victorian styling details we loved about the house from the get go. But unlike the turned wood rosettes that were originally on the roof, these never need to be painted or maintained.
